Working principle of the self-balancing mine submersible pump:
The pump shaft of the mine submersible pump rotates driven by the motor, performing work on the liquid to increase its energy, thereby continuously delivering the required amount of liquid from the suction pool through the pump's inlet section, forward impeller, forward guide vane, middle section, horizontal outlet of the outlet section, transition pipe, secondary inlet section, reverse impeller, reverse guide vane, and vertical outlet of the outlet section.

Technical advantages of the self-balancing mine submersible pump:
The pump adopts a symmetrical layout, which basically eliminates axial force, and the residual axial force is borne by a pair of back-to-back angular contact ball bearings.
Since there is no balancing device, there is no disc friction loss from the balancing disc and no balancing return loss, so the pump efficiency is 5-14% higher than that of multi-stage pumps of the same category.
Due to the absence of a balancing device, various failures caused by the failure of balancing devices, such as wear of the pump balancing disc and balancing disc seat or rotor seizure, are completely eliminated, significantly extending the pump's service life.
Safe pump body seal design. Depending on the pressure and structure, the pump body uses metal-to-metal hard seals and metal spiral wound gaskets or O-ring seals.
Unique structural strength design. The pump allows a single-stage head of up to 1.0 MPa (100 m), with an outlet pressure of up to 20 MPa (total head of 2000 m). The core assembly composed of bearings and the rotor is unaffected by temperature changes, providing excellent thermal shock resistance.
